4. Planning Lessons
- follow the page from top to bottom -
1. Modifying your Curriculum Maestro Class Plan
2. Choosing the right lessons
In the video, I didn't account for LTIs. Please make sure you count the number of lessons for any you intend to include. Thank you.
3. Choosing your planning format
When planning our lessons, we must think about the purpose of the subject, the programme of study, the learning objective and the vocabulary. We could use our existing planning proforma, or we could use Curriculum Maestro. The video below shows both methods - you choose which you use at this time and we'll take some feedback at a later date.
4. Recording actual coverage
When you have taught a lesson, click on this button. Curriculum Maestro will use the information to report to us what our actual coverage will have been like.
One More Thing...
Thank you so much for sticking with this unusual format of training right until the end. I know it has been a bit strange doing it like this, and I am aware that it may have been a bit more time consuming than usual because of having to watch and recap the videos as you have been going through the process. My hope is that now we have been through this process once, it will become more familiar and quicker.
As Columbo says, there is just one more thing I want to make you aware of.
